Shifting Gears + Creative Jam

I’m shifting gears.
I’ve decided it’s time for a change. I’ve seen in my work as a coach, and more intimately within my personal life, how important it is to pause and refocus and emerge with deeper authenticity and embrace a more effective way to do what I love. With that in mind, I’m transitioning my business. The funny thing about change is that sometimes what we need the most is the very thing we avoid. It may be fear of failure, fear of success, fear of not living up to our potential, a deep sense that we do not deserve to be happy, or if we do create happiness for ourselves that it won’t be lasting and we will end up more hurt —we all have our version of what holds us back. Although it’s been nerve-racking to trust this shift and begin moving toward it, I know it’s the inevitable next step. Here are the amazing changes I want to share with you…

Coaching and Consulting
The first and greatest change is how I coach and consult.
With coaching, I’ll be taking on only three long-term clients at a time. I’ll be accepting applications for candidates starting September – ideal applicants are creative entrepreneurs who are ready to dive in and create a business they love and feels satisfying through laying a solid foundation. The process is intense, life-changing and not for the faint of heart. These clients are committed to doing what it takes to have what they really want. This has opened up more room for me to lead team workshops and retreats that create thriving, effective and creative team environments, and I’ll continue consulting for creative companies and/or teams on a project basis.

Brew Online
A couple of weeks ago I announced my online community: BREW a conversation for Creatives. I have been nurturing this group in a small-group setting for close to 10 years. To bring it now to an online forum where people can join in from all over the world is thrilling. My intention is to create a relevant and powerful conversation about running a creative company delivered right to you. I have several phases planned, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the content and resources in BREW. Join in on the FB group conversation here.

Creative Jam
I’m excited to release the first Creative Jam, a series of inspiring discussions with brilliant Creatives from around the globe. I have an amazing line-up of professionals who will be jamming with me about the highs and lows of running a business. Click here for the first jam with David Berman, founder of davidberman.communication and author of Do Good Design. Be sure to receive every Creative Jam by joining my email list.
Creative Tools
Over the next several months, I will be launching several value-packed products that cover a range of challenges creative professionals face and how to overcome them. They will include group coaching events, downloadable guidance, and tools to help you expand your business and run it more effectively. And you can expect to see some of the top Creatives I’ve worked with sharing with us what’s helped them live a better life and create a healthier, more prosperous business.

These programs are a culmination of 15 years of research, development and coaching Creatives just like you, working through the challenges they face and bringing them to greater heights in their businesses.

More to come soon! Register now to be in the loop on all the new and exciting changes at inVision!
Cheers,
